How It Works

How the EAGLE 3×3 System Works

A simple, structured workflow tailored to the realities of 3×3 basketball, high speed, high contact and limited time.

Step 1: Recording

Multiple synchronized cameras positioned around the court ensure complete coverage of all key angles, baseline, sidelines, scoring zones, contact areas and transition paths.
The system records continuously with time-coded footage, enabling precise multi-angle playback and frame-by-frame analysis whenever needed.

Step 2: Challenge

A team, coach or referee initiates a challenge according to the competition rules.
The officiating crew receives the request instantly, selects the appropriate review category (out-of-bounds, shot-clock, foul, clearance, etc.) and chooses the most relevant camera angles for evaluation.

Step 3: Review & Decision

Referees analyze the situation using the EAGLE interface, which offers slow-motion, multi-angle synchronization and frame-by-frame control.
The system ensures that every decision is accurate, transparent and properly documented, significantly reducing uncertainty, disputes and potential officiating errors

Step 4: Video Review Presentation

Once a decision is made, the final reviewed clip can be presented on external screens, broadcast feeds or event production outputs.
This enhances transparency for teams, spectators and broadcast audiences, clearly demonstrating how the officiating team reached the final ruling.
The presentation can include multi-angle playback, slow-motion segments and a finalized timestamp, providing a professional and trustworthy explanation of each challenge.
